i inquired multiple times on multiple platforms for "customer service" to respond to my inquiries. i even gave you 3 weeks to reply. Never once did anyone respond. No reply on instagram, facebook, nor email. WTF Chuck. Is this really how you conduct business? You accept payment and ship direct to customer but any time he or she has an inquiry, you ignore them? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

trouble shooting question

I loved the VIBE tumbler & speaker. But now the speaker won't work. It's connected. The Bluetooth is connected which I can see on both my cell and my husband's cell. Speaker is fully charged. However, no sound comes out of the speaker. I can see the colors but no sound. I try turning up the volume on both my cell & the speaker. No sound.
