This is a huge design improvement from the previous model!
It says unbreakable but the first one broke when I dropped it. Anyway, I do love this lid and ordered another one. The lid does not leak at all!
The original lid cracked when the tumbler tumbled. I reached out to the company by website and they responded with the unbreakable lid to replace it. I was able to swap out the vent/pour slider with the original to match the color. I like how the lids seal the contents in to prevent leaking and spilling. The seal is so good that you have to open the slider to get the lid back off. The Vibe tumbler is great, I was surprised when I was sending music via Bluetooth and got a call, the Vibe speaker continued the call as the speaker.
I dropped my cup and the lid broke. I was upset, until I called support and offered a lid that is basically unbreakable. Ordered that lid, and totally satisfied! Great work!
